This includes the adoption of annual accounts, the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Kumar Shrivastava as a Director, and the appointment of M/s Rana & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30. Mr. Shrivastava brings nearly 30 years of experience from the HCL group.
