Elitecon International Ltd — Important, 01-10-2025: Company Update

Elitecon International has acquired a 55% equity stake in Landsmill Agro Private Limited and a 51.65% stake in Sunbridge Agro Private Limited through cash considerations of Rs. 52.85 Cr and Rs. 128.40 Cr, respectively. Both entities, now subsidiaries, operate in the agro products sector. Landsmill reported a turnover of Rs. 1394.80 Cr for FY25, while Sunbridge recorded Rs. 1443.04 Cr. This strategic move aims to significantly expand and strengthen Elitecon's FMCG business vertical, enhancing operational scale, product depth, and diversifying revenue streams. The company plans to acquire 100% equity in both within 12 months.
