Company acquired 1670 Sq. Mtr. land in Varanasi for 6.73 Cr, slated for future expansion/warehouse. This purchase is financed by a 7.56 Cr HDFC Bank loan (5.29 Cr for land, 2.27 Cr for construction) at 7.75% interest over five years, with the new property serving as security.
