Acrow India's members, at the 65th Annual General Meeting, have approved the re-appointment of three key executive directors for three-year terms. Mr. Gopal Agrawal will continue as Managing Director from December 19, 2025. Mr. Shyam Agrawal is re-appointed as Whole Time Director, also effective December 19, 2025. Mr. Sanjay Trilokchand Agrawal's re-appointment as Whole Time Director takes effect from May 22, 2026. This move ensures leadership continuity with experienced directors, who are also brothers, bringing expertise in the corporate sector, including cotton, real estate, and food product businesses.
