Omansh Enterprises Ltd — Important, 01-10-2025: Company Update

OMANSH ENTERPRISES shareholders have approved the audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. The company will see a significant expansion of its board with the appointment of four Independent Directors: Krishan Kumar Jalan, Parvesh Gupta, Jyoti Gupta, and Sudesh Gupta. Avnish Jindal has been regularized as Director and appointed as Whole-time Director. Additionally, Piyush Gupta, Nilesh Jindal, and Purshottam Kumar Gupta have been appointed as Directors. M/s Singhi Chugh and Kumar were also appointed as Statutory Auditors. Shareholders also authorized the company to avail borrowing facilities, providing financial flexibility.
