Significantly, he has also been appointed as the Managing Director for a five-year term, effective July 11, 2025. Mr. Chamaria brings extensive experience in sales, finance, and product development from the Laxmi Group. This appointment strengthens the company's strategic growth and operational leadership by leveraging his proven expertise. He is the brother of Non-Executive Director Mr. Niraj Nirmalkumar Chamaria.
