Mansoon Trading Company has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors and key committees. Mrs. Rajshree Tapuriah and Mr. Manish Kumar Newar have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term. Concurrently, Mr. Suresh Chandra Tapuriah and Mr. Sunil Kumar Daga have ceased their roles due to term expiry. Following these appointments, the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee have been reconstituted. Mrs. Tapuriah will now chair both the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with Mr. Newar joining the latter as a member.
