    S Chand's subsidiary Vikas Publishing hived off its printing business to a step-down subsidiary for 53 Cr. The deal involves 23 Cr cash and 30 Cr via Compulsory Convertible Debentures. This business contributed 45.82 Cr to Vikas's turnover.
