Meenakshi Steel Industries Ltd — Important, 01-10-2025: Company Update

Meenakshi Steel Industries' board has approved the appointment of Mr. Giriraj Maheswari and Mr. Tejas Madhukant Vyas as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a term of five years, following their approval at the Annual General Meeting. Concurrently, Mr. Rajgopal Dhoot and Mr. Arvind Kumar Newar have ceased their roles as Independent Directors after completing their second terms. As a result, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been reconstituted, with the new directors taking important positions to ensure continued governance and oversight.
