Evans Electric shareholders have approved key board appointments at their 74th Annual General Meeting. Mr. Ivor Anthony Desouza was re-appointed as a Director. Appointments of Mr. Kalyan Vijay Sivalenka, a venture capitalist managing a ₹100 crore fund, Ms. Olga Noela Lume Pereira, a legal expert, and Mr. Lancelot Gerard DCunha, a finance and wealth management veteran, were all regularized. Additionally, Mr. Wilson DeSouza, bringing nearly 50 years of multi-sector experience including achieving Rs. 200 crore sales at Tata-BP, had his Whole Time Director appointment and remuneration approved, including a special approval regarding his age.
