Nilkanth Engineering Ltd — Important, 01-10-2025: Company Update

Nilkanth Engineering has finalized changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Rajgopal Dhoot and Mr. Sunil Kumar Daga have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, effective October 1. Concurrently, Mrs. Rajshree Tapuriah and Mr. Manish Kumar Newar have ceased their directorships upon completion of their second terms. Following these changes, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been re-constituted. This updates the company's governance structure with a refreshed independent oversight.
