SHRI KALYAN HOLDINGS LIMITED members have approved the re-appointment of three key directors at the 33rd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Bhupendra Kumar Jain continues as Managing Director for a further three-year term until August 31, 2028. Mr. Rajendra Kumar Jain also extends his tenure as Chairman and Whole-Time Director for three years, ending August 31, 2028. Additionally, Mrs. Arushi Jain has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Director. These re-appointments ensure continuity in leadership and strategic direction for the company.
