The company has announced changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Kiran Bharatkumar Gandhi has ceased to be an Independent Director due to the completion of his ten-year term. In his place, the Board has appointed Mr. Ganesh Shivpujan Pal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr. Pal, an associate member of ICSI with an LLB, brings expertise in legal and investment management. He will also serve as a member on the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. This ensures continuity and fresh perspective on the board and its vital sub-committees.
