Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited announced changes to its Board of Directors. Mr. Kiran Bharatkumar Gandhi ceased to be an Independent Director after completing his two terms, and the company acknowledged his valuable contributions. Concurrently, Mr. Ganesh Shivpujan Pal was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Pal, an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with an LLB, brings expertise in legal and investment management. He will also serve on the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, strengthening the company's governance and strategic oversight.
