Modern Engineering and Projects' members approved significant governance changes at the recent Annual General Meeting. Mr. Fattehsingh Krishnrao Patil, an accomplished former Inspector General of Police and current Director & CEO of Sqare Port Shipyard, has been appointed as the new Managing Director. The company also appointed Mr. Ajit Sagane, a civil engineer with extensive experience as Chief Engineer and Secretary in government projects, as an Independent Director. Additionally, M/s. Nidhi Bajaj & Associates, a firm with over 10 years of practice, was appointed as the Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years. These appointments are set to enhance the company's leadership and oversight.
