    SSFL shareholders approved selling its wholly-owned subsidiary, Srivari Supply Chain Private Limited, for ₹0.615 Cr to its Chairman & Whole Time Director and Whole Time Director. Also, Mrs. Neihaa Rathi and Mr. Narayan Das Rathi were re-appointed as Directors for three years.
