Garodia Chemicals Limited shareholders, at the recent Annual General Meeting, approved significant changes to its governance and leadership. M/s. S. V. Kulkarni and Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term. The company also appointed Mrs. Bhagyashri Nilesh Devrale as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
