SKF India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 02-10-2025: Record Date

SKF India has set October 15, 2025, as the Record Date for its demerger scheme. Shareholders holding SKF India shares on this date will receive 1 fully paid-up equity share of INR 10 each in the newly formed SKF India (Industrial) for every 1 share of SKF India they own. This action will result in new shares of SKF India (Industrial) being issued to eligible shareholders, which are proposed to be listed on exchanges.
