    Sammaan Capital's board approved a major ~INR 8,850 Cr fundraising by issuing shares & warrants to Avenir Investment RSC Ltd. Avenir will become a promoter, triggering a mandatory open offer for public shareholders. An EGM on October 29 will seek shareholder approval.
