Jonjua Overseas Limited has signed an agreement with Jonjua Air Limited for its Global In-house Centre (GIC) services in the aviation sector. JOL's GIC will provide expertise in crew planning, pricing optimization, route planning, marketing, and loyalty program management for Jonjua Air Limited's upcoming Air Charter and Air Ambulance services from Chandigarh. This collaboration leverages JOL's specialized aviation knowledge and market understanding in the Himalayan region, aiming to enhance Jonjua Air Limited's operational launch. The agreement, considered an arm's length transaction and approved by shareholders, will run for one year and positions JOL as a strategic knowledge partner in regional aviation.
