    PVV Infra's board approved two major solar projects in UP: a 100 MW project (₹384 Cr cost, ₹53 Cr annual revenue) and a 109 MW EPC contract (₹415 Cr value). Also expanding via SPVs. The financial results for the quarter and half-year show ₹2.11 Cr and ₹2.85 Cr net profit, respectively.
