LE Lavoir Ltd — Important, 03-10-2025: Company Update

Le Lavoir Limited has reduced the size of its preferential convertible warrant issue. The company will now issue 18.84 lakh warrants instead of the originally approved 37.50 lakh warrants, priced at Rs. 264.75 each. Consequently, the total funds to be raised from this issue have been revised from Rs. 99.28 Cr to Rs. 49.88 Cr. These warrants are allotted to non-promoter entities, significantly adjusting the company's capital infusion and future equity dilution.
