Sumuka Agro Industries Ltd — Important, 03-10-2025: Company Update

Sumuka Agro Industries' board met on 03rd October 2025, making several key decisions. Mr. Sunil Veerayya Swamy was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Simultaneously, Mr. Mallikarjuna K R resigned from his Non-Executive Independent Director role. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Brajesh Gupta & Co as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year period, also subject to shareholder endorsement. Furthermore, the company will hold an Extra Ordinary meeting regarding the proposed merger by absorption of Gujjubhai Foods Private Limited, as per a National Company Law Tribunal order.
