Mr. Rajesh Chapshi Dedhia, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of finance and auditing experience and current COO, was appointed Executive Director, adding robust financial expertise to the leadership team. M/s. Ramesh Chandra Bagdi and Associates were also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, strengthening the company's compliance and corporate governance.
