Prizor Viztech's board approved increasing authorized capital to ₹15 Cr. They also greenlit a preferential issue of 11.60 lakh warrants at ₹291 each, raising ₹33.76 Cr, and an ESOP for 5 lakh shares. Shareholder approval will be sought at an EOGM on November 1.
