Ujaas Energy Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 03-10-2025: Record Date

Ujaas Energy has set October 10, 2025, as the record date for its 2:1 bonus share issue. For every one share held, eligible shareholders will receive two new fully paid-up equity shares of ₹1 each. Bonus shares will be allotted by October 13, 2025, and available for trading from October 14, 2025. This action will increase the number of shares held by existing investors.
