    Refex Industries allotted 0.7575 Cr equity shares to its promoter, Refex Holding Pvt Ltd, at Rs 125/share, converting warrants. This boosts promoter stake from 53.33% to 55.92% and infuses ~Rs 71.02 Cr into the company. Paid-up capital increased to Rs 27.37 Cr.
