Insolation Energy Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated five new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries. These new entities, formed as Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), are established to develop, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including comprehensive operation and maintenance of rooftop solar projects. Each SPV is capitalized with an authorized share capital of Rs. 0.01 Cr. This strategic move signifies the company's planned expansion and deepening commitment to the solar energy sector, enhancing its presence and potential in renewable energy project development.
