Source Natural Foods & Herbal Supplements has reconstituted its Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Audit Committee is now chaired by Independent Director Mr. Puvan Sripathy, with Commodore H.G. Harsha and Mrs. Romila Sen as members. Mrs. Romila Sen will chair the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, joined by Independent Director Mrs. Darshna Patel and Non-Executive Director Dr. Jeewan Prakash Gupta. These changes aim to strengthen the company's corporate governance framework and enhance oversight of key functions.
