Kranti Industries Ltd — Important, 04-10-2025: Company Update

Kranti Industries Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Kores Group to form a new joint venture company, "KRAKO PRECISION PRIVATE LIMITED," in Halol, Gujarat. This new entity will focus on the business of machining critical casting components. Kranti Industries will hold a 35% stake in the joint venture, with Kores Group holding the remaining 65%. Two directors from Kranti Industries will be appointed to the JV board. Kranti Industries will also oversee the business operations and provide technical expertise for the new company. This initiative is part of the company's growth strategy to expand its business operations.
