First Fintec Limited has updated its board committee structure. Mrs. Leena Vivek has concluded her tenure as an Independent Director. Concurrently, Mrs. Urrinkala Saritha's role transitioned from Additional Independent Director to Independent Non-Executive Director. As a result of these changes, the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee have been reconstituted. Mrs. Saritha now chairs all these committees, with Mr. Abhishek W Kotulkar and Mr. V. S. R. Sastry serving as members.
