Landmark Cars will acquire the remaining 17% stake in its Mercedes-Benz dealership subsidiary, LCEPL, for ~Rs 14.17 Cr, making it a wholly-owned unit. LCEPL reported FY25 revenue of Rs 105.22 Cr and PBT of Rs 11.89 Cr. This move consolidates business operations.
