Amber Enterprises' subsidiary, ILJIN Electronics, has acquired 100% equity in ILJIN Holding Ltd., an Israeli investment vehicle. This acquisition, involving an infusion of approximately NIS 157.9 million by ILJIN into the holding company, is a strategic move to facilitate the previously announced acquisition of approximately 40.24% of Unitronics (1989) (R”G) Ltd. The ultimate goal is to expand into industrial applications, enhance backward integration, and boost competitiveness in India and global markets like the US and Europe, tapping into Industry 4.0 demand.
