Sadhav Shipping's joint venture with United Petro Group led to the incorporation of 'United Sadhav Integrated Maritime Private Limited'. Sadhav will subscribe 26% equity for Rs 26,000, making it an associate. The JV targets ship manufacturing, port infrastructure, and oil/gas/mineral exploration from the sea bed.
