Valor Estate's group is streamlining operations! Sahyadri Agro & Dairy Private Limited (SADPL) is merging into Horizontal Ventures Private Limited (HVPL). This internal group restructuring aims to simplify the multi-layered holding structure, boost operational efficiency, and cut down on duplicate compliance costs.

SADPL had a net worth of approximately 65.71 Cr and turnover of approximately 56.72 Cr. HVPL shows a negative net worth of approximately (229.24) Cr. As SADPL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HVPL, no new shares are issued, ensuring NO dilution for Valor Estate shareholders. The merger is expected to be effective from April 1, 2025.
