Silverline Technologies Limited's board has approved significant management and governance changes. Three directors, Mr. Chinmay Pradhan, Mr. Tathagata Sarkar, and Mrs. Nivedita Sen, have resigned. The board also appointed Mr. Nayankumar Patel and Mr. Rai Sunny Jagapatraj as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval.
