NCLT greenlighted Syrma SGS Technology's merger with two wholly-owned subsidiaries, SGS Infosystems & SGS Tekniks. This aims for cost efficiency and a simplified structure. Syrma SGS now absorbs all liabilities of merging entities, including its own pending tax demand of Rs. 0.24 Cr (rectification underway).
