Mini Diamonds India Ltd — Important, 08-10-2025: Company Update

Mini Diamonds (India) Limited has informed shareholders about a special window for re-lodging physical share transfer requests. This window is specifically for requests submitted before April 01, 2019, that were previously rejected or not processed due to document deficiencies or other reasons. From July 07, 2025, to January 06, 2026, eligible shareholders can resubmit these requests. All such transfers will now be processed exclusively in demat form following a transfer-cum-demat procedure. The company encourages eligible investors to utilize this one-time opportunity to regularize their old physical share holdings.
