Metal Coatings India Ltd — Important, 08-10-2025: Company Update

Metal Coatings (India) Ltd. has informed shareholders about a special window for re-lodging physical share transfer requests. This window, open from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026, is for requests lodged before April 1, 2019, that were previously rejected due to document issues. Approved transfers will only be processed in demat mode. Additionally, the company is running a "Saksham Niveshak" 100-day campaign (July 28, 2025, to November 6, 2025) to help shareholders with unclaimed dividends or shares transferred to IEPF, and to facilitate KYC updates for physical shareholders. This initiative aims to streamline share transfers and recover dues for investors.
