Glance Finance Limited will invest ₹0.3173 Cr to acquire 62,400 equity shares of Kotson’s Private Limited (KPL) at ₹50.85 each via a secondary market purchase. KPL specializes in designing, manufacturing, and supplying transformer solutions. This investment aligns with Glance Finance's core strategy of acquiring equity for long-term value and capital appreciation. Post-acquisition, Glance Finance's stake in KPL will increase from 5.14% to 5.59%. KPL's recent turnover was 16.45 Cr in FY22-23 and 32.51 Cr in FY21-22 (nil in FY23-24).
