The company's board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Kayomarz Marzban Sadri as Whole Time Director and CEO, with his last day on October 17. Concurrently, the board appointed Mr. Jinesh Savla as the new Additional Director (Whole Time) and CEO for a three-year term, effective October 18, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Savla brings over 17 years of experience in manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and financial markets, including leading business growth and establishing a value investing research desk within the Abans Group. This new leadership is positioned to guide the company's next phase of growth.
