Abans Enterprises' Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Kayomarz Marzban Sadri as Whole Time Director and CEO, effective October 17, 2025. Concurrently, the Board, based on the Nomination and Remuneration cum Compensation Committee's review, approved the appointment of Mr. Jinesh Savla as an Additional Director (Whole Time) and CEO for three years, starting October 18, 2025. This appointment is pending shareholder approval. Mr. Savla brings over 17 years of experience in manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and financial markets, having previously established the company's value investing research desk. His background positions him to lead Abans Enterprise into its next growth phase.
