Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, MGNJ Green Infra Private Limited. This new entity is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) established to develop, install, operate, and maintain solar power plants, including rooftop solar photovoltaic projects. The incorporation has an authorized share capital of Rs. 0.01 Cr, fully subscribed by the subsidiary. This strategic move aims to expand the company's footprint in the solar industry, leveraging opportunities in renewable energy project development and operations in India.
