Silverline Technologies has announced its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on October 31, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing or other audio-visual means. This allows shareholders to participate in company decisions remotely. The AGM notice and annual report will be sent electronically to registered email IDs. Shareholders will have remote e-voting facilities and are encouraged to register/update their email IDs, update KYC details, and dematerialize physical shares for improved service.
