Sri Lotus Developers' board approved forming 5 new real estate subsidiaries, investing ₹0.1 Cr initially in each. They also greenlit up to ₹100 Cr in funding per new subsidiary and increased the overall lending limit to all subsidiaries to ₹1400 Cr for ongoing projects and expansion.
