Texmaco Rail allotted 7,397,270 equity shares at Rs. 193 each from warrant conversion. Promoter Group (Adventz) received 3,886,010 shares, infusing ~56.25 Cr, increasing their holding to 7.78%. Non-Promoter (Samena) received 3,511,260 shares, infusing ~50.83 Cr. Total funds infused: ~107.08 Cr.
