Fortis Healthcare's open offers for Fortis and Malar shares are now being dispatched. Fortis shareholders can tender at INR 170 per share, plus INR 53.80 interest for eligible holders. Malar shareholders can tender at INR 17.6 per share, plus INR 18.36 interest for eligible holders.
