Insolation Energy Limited, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary named GRHE Green Infra Private Limited. This new entity, capitalized at Rs. 0.01 Cr, will function as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) dedicated to developing, establishing, and operating solar power plants. It will also undertake design, supply, erection, and maintenance of rooftop solar projects. This move strategically enhances the company's presence and operational focus within the growing solar industry.
