Scan Projects has opened a special window for shareholders to re-lodge transfer requests for physical shares. This applies to requests submitted before April 1, 2019, that were previously rejected or not processed due to documentation issues. The facility is available until January 6, 2026. Shareholders need to have a demat account and submit their Client Master List, transfer documents, and physical share certificates to the RTA. This provides an opportunity for investors to regularize their historical physical shareholdings.
