RCI Industries & Technologies Ltd — Important, 10-10-2025: Company Update

Following the National Company Law Tribunal's approval of the Resolution Plan for RCI Industries & Technologies Limited, a Monitoring Committee has been constituted. This committee will oversee the effective implementation of the approved plan. It comprises three members: Mr. Brijesh Singh Bhadauriya (the former Resolution Professional, now Chairman), a representative from the successful Resolution Applicant (JTL Limited), and a representative from the Committee of Creditors (Union Bank of India). The erstwhile Resolution Professional has transitioned to chairing this committee. This marks a critical step in moving from insolvency proceedings to the execution phase of the company's resolution.
